Lemurfest shenanigans at the weekend.

Well, this weekend was Lemurfest. This is going to be quite long, so the rest is after the Read More link.

After a 5 hour drive up to Harogate I eventually arrived outside Sieue n Tags place, n finally managed to drag them out of the pub, along with Mattia. Went for Mexican, where my usuak behaviour ensued. Alcohol, drunkeness, and checking out the local talent, with the occasional bit of flirting. We the nhead back to the house where I get totally overwhelmed by the combined guitar talents of Tags and Mattia. I decide to leave my guitar on the stand, and go for a bit of percussion, go a bit mental and end up with a nicely bruised finger.

Saturday was much the same, after going into town with Sieue to get the nececcary raw materials for Sushi later that nite. Meanwhile Tags goes off to pick up themongkey and katemonkey from Leeds train station. Once they get back, we go for lunch, a £6 a head buffet affair at the local Chinese eatery. More flirting. (Well, the waitress was incredibly cute!). Then more alcohol. This time a real ale pub, where several pints of the finest real ale were drained. There was talk about heading off to the beer festival, but the weather was abysmal, so we stayed at the pub.

We then head back to the house, go guitar tastic again (this time I join in) and start making the sushi whie we wait for Jocelyn to turn up. At this point the gamecube gets an airing with Pokemon and Wario game thing being the games du jour. The latter really is a fucked up game.

Sunday finally turns up, and Mattia excells with a variety of pancakes for breakfast. A bit more guitarage, some more gamecubing, and the rmenants of the sushi for lunch. I end up leaving about 3:30, but unfortunately never got a photo of me with The Lemur. Ah well, maybe next time.

A huge thankee to Sieue n Tags, and there's a "present" either in the bathroom or in Emma's bedroom. Looks like i left my soapbag there.
